KaChaTaThaPa Foundation is now inviting entries to the International Calligraphy Exhibition organised in connection with the International Calligraphy Festival of Kerala 2025 (ICFK 2025), hosted in association with the Kerala Lalitha Kala Academy, in Kochi from October 2-5. ICFK 25 will be held in Cochin Kerala India from 2nd to 5th October and the work will be on display for public from 2nd to 7th October 2025. All the works will then be reviewed by an elite panel of experts from the world of calligraphy, who will determine the final selections. For everyone who would like to participate, please ensure to follow the below mentioned conditions:

You may work in any script

Size of Calligraphy work
20 inches X 30 inches (Horizontal or Vertical)

Media
Paper / Canvas

• Digital prints will not be accepted.
• The work must be submitted as hi-res images of the original work in JPEG format via Google form that may be used in social media and catalogue.

Points to be Noted

• Multiple creations will be accepted.
• Kindly send you work along with the given Google form completely filled with relevant details.

Couriering the Artwork

• Please courier only the ORIGINAL WORK.
• Please do not frame them in wood, glass or any other material. Sending a neatly packed roll is the most preferable way to be couriered to avoid any damages in transit.
• The cost of couriering the work to ICFK, Kerala and returning the same will be borne by the artist.
• The artwork must be accompanied by a completely filled form.
• Artwork damaged during courier transit is not the responsibility of Team ICFK.

If the artist wishes he / she can put it up for sell during its display at ICFK.
The terms for the same are:

• The artist can quote the price for the same which will be conveyed to the interested parties.
• If a sell finalizes, 25% of the final sell amount will be retained by Team ICFK.
• The balance amount will be transferred to the artist online to the given banking details.
• Sold artworks will be sent to the purchaser after ICFK-25 is over.
• The Certificate of Authentication will have to be provided by the artist.

If the artwork remains unsold or is not put up for sell:

• Unsold artworks will be returned to the artist on the last date.
• They can pick it up from the event after 7:00 pm. on 5th October 2025
• The artworks will be couriered to the artist by KaChaTaThaPa Foundation and the cost of shipping the work will be borne by the artist. Any damage etc. caused to the artwork post last date of pick-up will not be the responsibility of KCTTP Foundation.
